This is a perfect opportunity for someone with excellent computer skills and outstanding attention to detail, who is passionate about providing top-notch customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Position Highlights: Receive and respond to customer inquiries requesting status, rate quotes, title defects, clearing exceptions or general information. Review search/title opinion to determine status of title, risk analysis and underwriting requirements and exceptions. Underwrite and type commitments, policies and endorsements according to agency goal. Produce daily and monthly reports as indicated by Marketing/Operations Officer. Maintain inventory of policy jackets, forms and promotional items. Position Qualifications: Solid computer and typing skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Prior experience in real estate transactions, underwriting as it relates to title insurance, mortgage lending, legal support and/or loan processing PREFERRED. Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, organize workload, and maintain accurate files.
