Territory Sales Representative

We're looking for an ambitious and goal-driven salesperson who understands the local market and can generate ideas that drive new sales in The Greater Milwaukee area. We need a self-starter who can hit the ground running and always strives to exceed profit margins and revenue targets. Our next Territory Sales Representative is self-assured and has excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with existing customers while also seeking out new prospects through referrals and networking. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least three years of experience in managing sales. If you want to advance your sales career in a growing industry, please apply right away! Responsibilities:• Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life• Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships• Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking• Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets• Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads Qualifications:• Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales preferred but not required• Ability to work independently and manage your own time• Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire• You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals Compensation: $80,000+ at Plan Commission About Company: In our organization, we are one big family.
