A company is looking for a Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for a remote position in their Substance Use Disorder Program. Key Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans Provide individual counseling and group therapy for adolescents and adults Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care and advocate for members and families Required Qualifications Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in Tennessee Preferred experience with substance abuse populations Background in maternal substance abuse is preferred Experience working with adults and adolescents Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
