If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect opportunity We have a rewarding opportunity for a Local Service Manager to join our management team at Avalon Court on a temporary basis for up to 9 months. Located on the Ipswich waterfront, Avalon Court has 14 self: contained apartments for adults with a physical or learning disability. As a Local Service Manager, you will lead and work alongside our dedicated Care and Support team, to ensure the highest standards of care and support are achieved. We are looking for an efficient, productive and compassionate Local Service Manager with a drive to succeed and a passion for empowering people. You will be responsible for the leadership and management of a team which consists of a Deputy Local Service Manager, Senior Care and Support Assistants and a Care and Support team of just over 30 employees. This will include training, supervisions, team meetings, absence management, grievances and disciplinaries. You will also possess a sound knowledge of CQC regulations. We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression.
