Description:
We are a complete Cath Lab utilizing Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, and a General Surgeon. We provide complete Cardiac and Peripheral Services in Southwest Oklahoma. The procedures include: Left Heart Cath, Right and Left Heart Cath, PTCA, Stenting, Thrombectomy, and Atherectomy. Carotid diagnostic and stenting. Peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures including Atherectomy. Pacemaker Insertion, Tilt Table Test, Kyphoplasty, and AV graft diagnostic, stent, and thrombectomy. The Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist is to work an 8-hour day shift and rotate call during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Be proficient in the various devices used in the Cath Lab, such as the Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, and various coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices. We have two Siemens Artis Zee C-arms. We have the McKesson CPACS, McKesson Cardiology, and the Mckesson Hemodynamic System. Applicant will rotate between scrubbing and circulating procedures which includes operating the xray equipment. Other duties include helping with pre and post area, transporting, assisting with inventory management and billing. Requirement description : At least 1 year of experience - Required Must be able to work some of the holidays while on assignment Recent traveler experience - highly preferred ACLS (AHA) is preferred - Please attach to packet at time of submission, if the traveler has it Profile Requirements: Work History Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years Licensure & Certifications (RCIS or compact & BLS - AHA & ACLS) Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate) CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Weekend Requirements : None On Call Requirements : On call is rotated between 4 team members. Scheduled off days are Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day, for those weeks they can work 10's to get hours if wanted. On-call team only with no scheduled procedures.
