Unit Size: 8 beds Dress Code: Personal Scrubs of any color 8hrs non-billable orientation Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25% Call, Call-Back: N/A for this need Requirement description : 2 years current experience in IV Therapy Must be proficient in IV skills including starting and stopping IVs, care and maintenance central lines, and starting a peripheral line - Required Vascular access team skills - preferred Experience with chemotherapy - preferred Profile Requirements: Work History Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : BLS (AHA) STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Massachusetts ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be in hand upon submission Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holiday rotation required On Call Requirements : None
