Job Overview: As a Full-Time Teller at our Plymouth Branch , you'll have the opportunity to directly impact our members' financial journeys by providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our members. This exciting position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15-$16 , along with the chance to be part of a fun, member-focused company culture. Teller Job Duties: Customer Service: Greet customers and address inquiries, concerns, and account-related issues. Cash Handling: Maintain accurate cash drawers, document transactions, and balance your drawer at the end of the day. Transaction Processing: Handle various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of transactions and customer interactions. Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues and discrepancies efficiently and professionally. Computer Skills: Use bank software and systems to perform transactions and manage accounts.
