Communicate effectively with members and colleagues in person, over the phone, and via email to address inquiries and provide assistance. Participate in continuous training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge. Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED is required. Basic math skills and computer proficiency are necessary. Experience in customer service is beneficial; cash handling experience is a plus.
