Position Overview As a Full-Time Teller at our Kohler Branch , you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, providing excellent service while managing a variety of financial transactions accurately. Teller Responsibilities: Outstanding Customer Service : Greet customers warmly, assist with account inquiries, and meet their financial needs with care. Accurate Cash Handling : Process cash transactions with precision, maintain a balanced drawer, and keep detailed records. Transaction Management : Handle various financial tasks, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments efficiently. Organized Record Keeping : Keep meticulous records of transactions and member interactions. Issue Resolution : Address customer concerns or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner. Technology Utilization : Use banking software and systems to streamline transaction processing and account management. Qualifications: Education : A High School Diploma or GED is required. Experience : No prior finance experience needed; customer service experience is a plus. Skills : Basic math skills and computer proficiency are essential.
