We are recruiting a Telesales Representative to add to our busy team of permanent and contract recruiters. Your role will include (not limited to) Sales calls and lead generation to prospective clients via our database and social media platforms Generating new business by way of actively carrying out telesales campaigns, reference taking, candidate marketing calls and lead generation in line with KPIs across a varied client portfolio. As the position develops there will be the opportunity to progress into a recruitment position, as a full training/on: boarding programme will be provided, assisting the team in the sourcing of varying technical/construction and FM candidates in line with set requirements, while continuing with the telesales aspect of the role. Candidate Requirements Ideally you will possess current/previous telesales experience within a B2B environment although consideration will be given to differing roles and backgrounds. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a friendly, fast passed and vibrant sales environment, providing excellent earning potential for the successful candidate and the ability to build a career within the recruitment industry.
