The Role They offer their clients a telephone answering service, with a difference. Someone who knows their business inside: out. As a Telesales Advisor, you will answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective customers acting on behalf of their client, ensuring you always provide a first: class customer experience. The prospective customer leads will be provided to you, but youll have to use your excellent influencing and listening skills to match customers with the right products and services, with the ultimate goal of closing a sale. Essential Requirements Experience with either inbound and / or outbound sales calls Superb customer service and communication skills Results driven and determined approach, with the ability to influence others. Desire to achieve and benefit from the rewards of monthly sales targets.
