Job Opportunity: Mid-Level Technology Transactions Associate Attorney Chicago A leading AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a mid-level Technology Transactions Associate Attorney for its Chicago office. This opportunity offers professional growth by working alongside top partners specializing in complex technology and IP transactions, including digital transformation, Fintech, and Insurtech. Key Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate outsourcing, IP licensing, and joint venture agreements. Manage technology transfer and cross-border agreements. Engage with M&A, SaaS, cloud services, and digital platforms. Qualifications: 3-5 years of AmLaw 100 experience with complex technology transactions. Illinois Bar admission or eligibility. Superior academic background and law firm credentials. A science degree is a plus. Growth Opportunities: Collaborative environment with partners and clients. Exposure to cutting-edge industries and diverse projects, including digital transformation and cloud services. Compensation and Benefits A competitive compensation package is offered, with an expected salary range between $260,000 - $365,000, commensurate with qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
