IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES, THIS MAY BE THE JOB FOR YOU:MS Office SkillsSAP Experience PreferredInventory Management Skills This position is considered an entry-level position for technicians (Material Management & Logistics). The basic purpose is to conduct technical activities according to operating procedures/protocols. Receives daily tasking assignments, under supervision. Functions as a member of work team by assisting others and promoting a team-oriented work environment. Performs all work in conformance with applicable regulations. Performs all work in a safe manner. Works within the laboratory or processing environment. Principal Duties Performs single skilled routine tasks; Works within established procedures with moderate a degree of supervision; Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete own work. Develops skills in basic tasks and procedures within one skill area; May use/handle potentially dangerous chemicals/materials and/or work with potentially hazardous industrial equipment Works with others as part of a team Communicates own work orally and in writing; As requested provides information/data to supervisor for internal report Reports and treats documentation/data with a high level of integrity and ethics Complies with applicable regulations, performing all work in a safe manner; Maintains proper records in accordance with SOPs and policies; Identifies any observed regulatory and safety concerns to supervisors and team member Job Qualifications High school education or equivalent Ability to operate laboratory/process equipment and apparatus Excellent MS Office Skills Attention to Detail. Ability to learn new technical skills and concepts Concise and accurate reporting of technical data and information Basic written and verbal communication skills Appropriate level of understanding of applicable regulations May require ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
