Our vibrant restaurant team is seeking a Technical Support Specialist who can provide exceptional support to our staff and ensure smooth operations in our tech-driven environment. As a cornerstone of our restaurant industry, you will play a key role in managing and troubleshooting various technologies that help keep our business running seamlessly. Your friendly demeanor and outstanding communication skills will help you build strong relationships with team members, allowing you to understand their needs and address any technical challenges they face. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all tech issues, from point of sale systems to online ordering platforms. Maintain and update software and systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for escalated issues. Monitor system performance and proactively address potential problems. Requirements Proven experience in technical support or a related field. Strong understanding of restaurant technologies such as POS systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
