You will grow your territory (and your earnings! ) by bringing in new business and developing repeat business relationships within your existing accounts. This will require that you call on engineers, maintenance, purchasing, and others to determine their needs through a consultative approach to help clients achieve superior performance. If you have a background in industrial distribution and are the kind of person who can talk with everyone from the CEO to the maintenance man on the shop floor, we want to talk with you! The successful candidate will be responsible for: Responsible for new business development as well as maintaining existing Windsor and area territory Prospect for new customers, set appointments and demonstrate product benefits Develops strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage the customers’ business goals, growth strategies, and profit drivers and deliver the appropriate value proposition strategy.
