RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Boston, MA.Responsibilities: Partner with both the Engineering and Product teams to plan, implement, and provide leadership for technical talent acquisition Understand the qualifications to identify applicants who are qualified Use various tools including Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, social media, Jobvite (ATS) etc. to find passive candidates and build a strong applicant flow for the company Partner with candidates at various stages of the interview process, including recruiting phone screen and technical phone screen, Onsite Interview, etc.NECESSARY SKILLS: A.S./B.S. degree or equivalent experience 5-seven years of recruiting experience with a combination of agency and in-house experience desired Technical/Engineering recruiting required Strong recruiting fundamentals, with an understanding of the full lifecycle recruiting process Demonstrated skill sourcing and recruiting software engineers/programmers, product managers, technical support engineers, solutions engineers, etc. Understanding of technology and expertise to read and understand technical qualifications Strong teamwork and communication expertise with a history of building strong cross-functional relationships Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset Must pass experience investigation and drug screen The expertise to work hard and play hardKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
