This role will collaborate closely with cross: functional teams, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver high: quality software solutions. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of software development processes, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. As we continue to grow and expand, the role will transition from a focus on hands: on development with tech lead responsibilities to a more pronounced emphasis on tech leadership. This evolution will take place throughout 2024, allowing for increased opportunities to drive technical initiatives, mentor team members, and shape the strategic direction of our organisation.
