A company is looking for a Technical Lead in Software Engineering. Key Responsibilities Guide the technical direction and implementation of projects from conceptualization to deployment Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to influence product strategy and architecture Mentor Senior Engineers and contribute to code reviews and documentation Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with proficiency in Java, Angular, SQL, and AWS Experience leading Agile software development methodologies Expertise in object-oriented programming and architectural styles/design patterns Proficiency in high-level design using UML / C4 / ArchiMate Experience in building CI/CD pipelines and Cloud Native applications
