A company is looking for a Technical Enablement Manager to support partners and clients using their platform. Key Responsibilities Provide expert-level technical assistance and support for build requests and troubleshooting Deliver virtual and on-site training sessions for the App Builder certification program Lead the evolution of the certification program and analyze training metrics for improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in technical enablement, support, or training within a technology or SaaS company Proven ability to deliver training in both virtual and on-site environments Strong technical skills for troubleshooting platform-related issues Experience with certification program management is a plus
