A company is looking for a Technical Consultant - Telephony. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with a major customer to ensure success with products and services Build relationships and encourage product usage while managing internal procedures Serve as a technical subject matter expert on telephony architecture and collaboration solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent experience 3-5+ years of experience in a contact center or customer-facing software environment Familiarity with Zoom Contact Center or similar communication platforms Solid understanding of IP Telephony and SIP Project management experience within large enterprise and Telco environments
