The CMS (Chemical & Monitoring Solutions) division offers a complete portfolio of chemical solutions, technical services, control equipment, and digital tools to meet the specific water management needs of its clients. We are seeking a Technical Consultant to join our team. This role can be based anywhere in Eastern Canada. As a Technical Consultant, you will be a technical and commercial sales coach with deep expertise in both areas. Your main responsibility will be to work with our field team, providing training and bringing commercial and technical domain expertise to our customers. Main Responsibilities: Sales Support: Provide commercial and technical support to water-based customers and prospects in Canada. Achieve sales objectives, beat competition, and help Canada meet revenue and margin plans. Assist the Area Manager in the sales process until closure and transition is completed. Support the transition process within Canada until a permanent resource is found. Technical Auditing and Reporting: Audit potential accounts in Canada and complete detailed Technical Excellence Audits for existing accounts. Fill gaps in technical excellence in targeted accounts to drive sales and retention. Participate and present in commercial and technical reviews, ensuring quality and consistency in site visits and audit reporting. Leadership and Expertise: Use digital tools for technical leadership and reporting. Present new technologies, best practices, and case studies at customer seminars and directly with customers and the commercial team. Develop and facilitate technical.
