Basic Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years experience in the development and maintenance of the architecture of enterprise/corporate services Tier 3 technical support experience Job responsibilities: Lead and/or participate in the development and maintenance of the architecture of enterprise/corporate services, which includes vision, policies, guidelines, standards, reference models and tools. These services will be use across government. Supervises, sets priorities and monitors the efficiency of a team of specialist and analysts in a given area, ensuring that users’ needs and requirements are met and service levels are attained. Develops and implements IT guidelines and procedures for their area of expertise, keeping in line with the objectives of the CSDS to ensure consistency and reliability of the services.
