Bright Vision Technologies has an immediate opportunity for a Technical Accounting Senior Manager in Springdale, AR .Job Title: Technical Accounting Senior ManagerJob Location: Springdale, AR (Onsite)Job Type: Full Time Job Responsibilities: This position is expected to routinely provide technical accounting guidance in various areas such as: contracts, revenue recognition, leases, derivatives, VIE assessments, impairment analysis, acquisitions, divestitures, and overall application of new and existing accounting standards. This position specifically works largely with leases; therefore, experience and deep understanding in this area is preferred. Further, this position is expected to develop other technical accounting and larger corporate accounting team members who will assist with the completion of the technical accounting reviews. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in an academic field directly related and essential to this job; Accounting or Finance degree preferred. 7 plus years of related experience preferred specifically including Technical Accounting/writing accounting memos Computer Skills: Requires advanced computer skills; must have working ability with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook and ability to perform technical research using various research tools; some working knowledge of SAP and Power BI preferred. Excellent written presentation and verbal communication skills. Special Skills : Certified Public Accountant (preferred); Excellent technical accounting knowledge and ability to research complex GAAP accounting standards, document conclusions and communicate effectively across accounting and non-accounting stakeholders; Ability to simplify complex topics, both verbally and in written communications. Supervisory: Currently no direct reports but must work in a TEAM with a wide variety of groups to accomplish responsibilities. Travel: 1 to 4 domestic trips a year.
