Our team is dedicated to maintaining clean and clutter-free spaces for both residential and commercial customers.Job Description: We are seeking a Junk Removal Team Leader to oversee daily junk removal operations. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring safety protocols, and delivering excellent customer service.Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of technicians on various junk removal projects.- Oversee the loading, transport, and disposal of items.- Ensure job sites are cleaned thoroughly and customer satisfaction is met.- Communicate with customers, providing professional service and handling questions or concerns.- Maintain and ensure safety compliance for all team members.- Manage equipment and ensure trucks are clean and organized.- Assist with scheduling, planning, and coordinating logistics for daily operations.Requirements:- Previous experience in junk removal or a related field (supervisory experience preferred).- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in physically demanding environments.- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.- Flexibility to work part-time hours (15-30 per week), with potential to transition to a full-time role.- Ability to lead a team with a positive attitude, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.
