A company is looking for a Tax Technology Lead to manage the configuration and implementation of the Vertex Tax platform. Key Responsibilities Configure, monitor, and maintain tax engines (Vertex, Avalara) Evaluate existing tax technology frameworks and identify future needs for improvements and automation Provide guidance and training on tax technology matters to various teams within the organization Required Qualifications Experience in a corporate tax or business systems department, public accounting, or technology consulting Hands-on experience with implementing and maintaining Vertex O Series Understanding of ERP solutions and their impact on tax reporting Expertise in data extraction and analysis from databases Experience with US and international indirect taxes
