Position Overview: Prepare federal, state & local income tax returns, federal and state tax estimates, extensions, and forecasting Prepare complex consolidated and standalone corporate federal and state income tax returns for selected clients Demonstrate understanding of ASC 740 and ability to prepare income tax accrual calculations Conduct federal and state tax research and draft/review memorandums to support tax return filing positions and special projects to minimize tax expense Remain current on developments and changes in tax law and accounting procedures Qualifications Sought: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 1 + years of corporate income tax preparation and experience working in either a corporate tax department or professional services environment Familiarity with corporate tax preparation software such as Corptax, ONESOURCE, or GoSystem RS is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple engagements and client service teams Ability to work in the office or onsite at a client site 3 days per week and as business requires _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ About Global Tax Management Global Tax Management (GTM) is a corporate tax services firm dedicated to helping mid-size and large multinational corporations address complex tax operations.
