Job Description Tax Associate Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting CPA preferred 1-3 years experience in public accounting Analytical skills to review financial information Arithmetic and accounting skills to correctly complete tax forms Strong written and oral communication skills to explain information to clients Extensive knowledge of IRS rules and regulations as well as state and local tax laws Familiarity with tax preparation and accounting software and electronic tax filing systems Multitasking skills to handle multiple clients' tax preparations at the same time Organizational skills to maintain clean records Strong time management skills to complete work within strict deadlines Other Qualifications: High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment Ability to conform to shifting priorities, strong problem solving & prioritization skills The position requires related experience working in external relationship management Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal direction If this sounds like the type of opportunity you see yourself transitioning into next, contact Jake and (605 705 XXXX).
