We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a passion for great customer service to join our Fuel division as a Tank Maintenance Assistant ! The Tank Maintenance Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper upkeep and operation of various tank systems, which are essential for the storage and handling of various fluids. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, an understanding of mechanical systems, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Rate of Pay: $18 per hour Shift: Monday through Friday, averaging around 50-55 per week (paid weekly) Responsibilities: Drive to customer location, assist the lead technician in sampling fuel in the tanks, and cleaning contents with filtration system and additives Deliver outstanding customer service, build relationships, and identify new opportunities Drive in a safe manner, obeying all rules and regulations Job requires 1-2 overnight trips each month, ranging from 1-3 nights away Participate in training sessions to expand your knowledge/skills related to tank maintenance and safety procedures. Qualifications: Ability to operate one-ton pick-up and pull a trailer (experience preferred) Must be able to climb, bend, push, pull repetitively Hard worker who requires minimal supervision Must have mechanical background and/or aptitude Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Clean MVR A valid driving license is required Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and follow safety protocols.
