At MAHLE Industries, Incorporated in Farmington Hills, Michigan as Talent Management InternESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Work with members of the Talent Acquisition team, including the Recruiting & College Relations Specialist updating university relations activities on spreadsheets and managing the registration for corporate-sponsored North American college fairs. * Participate in university events, including motor sports representing MAHLE as part of the iMpact team. * Assist the team with Employee Engagement topics such as Diversity initiatives, Performance Management system administration, and Employee Survey processing. * Work closely with the Talent Development team in preparation of Learning & Development programs, materials, class registration, bio preparation, scheduling, planning events, and logistics. Assist in organizing and recording class information in the MAHLE Learning Management System. * Prepare purchase requisitions and process Talent Management team invoices. * Respond to candidate inquiries indicating potential interest in MAHLE and initiate communications with candidates through utilization of tools and tracking systems. * Work with the Talent Management HR Marketing Specialist in the development of employer branding activities, including social media content development and career fairs utilizing social media platforms. * Coordinate special projects and attend events as assigned. * Other duties may be assigned.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE * Preferred Junior standing or above in Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources or Business from four year college or university * Must possess good communication skills * Proficiency in MS Office and Excel * Attention to detail * Independent problem solving, self-motivated and hard working * Social media knowledge * Ability to work full time preferredTRAVEL REQUIREMENTSLocal travel with/without overnight stay may be required.Do you have any questions?Emily BrownXXXX@mahle.com248-873-XXXX
