Job Summary TestPros is seeking a Systems Data Analyst located in the National Capital area. The ideal candidate takes initiative and uses a structured, analytical approach to problem solving and looks for process improvement opportunities. They will be responsible for the data collection and analysis efforts for monitoring the implementation of a government program.Position: Full-timeCitizenship: U.S. CitizenshipLocation: RemoteClearance: Active CBP suitability clearance required Systems Data Analyst: Analyze test data, M&S data, system logistics data and trend analysis. Compile, Correlate, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple systems. Draft, review, and edit documents and deliverables in response to customer requirements. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics to optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Build reports of outcomes and related conclusions. Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigating actions. Present and demonstrate results of messaging via presentations or dashboards. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree DHS suitability clearance - CBP BI for immediate system access Applicable years of experience for labor category level in immigration background and/or investigating/vetting regardless of department (e.g. USCIS, ICE, or DOS) Knowledge of complex matching algorithms consisting of biographical information (fingerprints, photographs, etc.) Knowledge of system-to-system exchanges Data analysis and database development experience Understanding of Systems Acquisition Life Cycle Familiarity with IEEE standard 1012, IEEE Standard 829-XXXX, and the DHS SELC Benefits TestPros offers a competitive salary, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, opportunities for professional growth, cell phone discounts, and much more!
