Description:
Position Description: Must possess a solid understanding of event management, system/application health server operating system, agent and agentless monitoring, network, application and end-point performance, tuning and measurements. The candidate will ensure the COTS products function properly in a secure environment with PKI-based authentication, corporate authorization services, firewalls, and SSL/TLS communications. Assist with testing and deploying hotfixes/patches/new releases of the tools suite. Assist with development of knowledge articles, documentation, and work instructions used by the Tools Team and tools users. Mandatory Skills: Brocade Cisco Juniper JUNOS Network Operating System Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail Network Device (firewall/router/switch) System Administration Palo Alto Proficient in Linux/UNIX commands Proficient in Windows Server OS RHEL 7x, 8x, or 9x RHEL/Linux Server Administration Web Applications Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022 Windows Server Administration Desired Skills: Application/SA Experience with the OpenText Ops Bridge Suite Experience in Python, R, JavaScript, or Perl programming; or UNIX scripting Experience with OpenText Application Performance Management (APM) Experience with OpenText Business Process Monitor (BPM) Experience with OpenText OPTIC Data Lake Experience with OpenText Operations Bridge Reporter (OBR) Python Splunk Certification Required: IAT Level II cert requiredCompTIA Security+ CE Experience: HS or GED + 19 Years experienceBachelors + 14 Years experience Clearance Required: TS/SCI FS poly Position requires a TS/SCI.
