ABOUT THE ROLE Each day as our Swimming Pool Construction Manager, you'll oversee multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring everything stays on track. You're responsible for site management-reviewing the layout, elevation, and grading to align with the overall design concept. You work closely with the sales and operations teams, collaborating with subcontractors and team members to meet deadlines. Safety is always top of mind as you enforce compliance on every job site. You keep detailed records of progress, materials, and scheduling, making sure every client's vision becomes a reality. Your multitasking skills keep projects flowing smoothly, and you're always ready to tackle questions from clients, employees, or vendors.
