Demonstrates leadership abilities.- Accepts responsibility for judgments and actions.- Supports and participates in departmental goals, educational programs, and QI process.- Documents evidence of at least 40 hours of self-development activities with a minimum of 12 formal contact hours.- May perform additional duties as assigned.#LI-AL1Inova Job ID #662345.
