Responsibilities:* Under general direction, assists Procurement with departmental procedures, documentation and supplier compliance* Enters data into SAP systems to maintain records and to track the status purchases and shipments* Maintains records and follow-up files of purchases, shipments, returns of damaged items, and related matters* Coordinates and maintains documentation for departmental training* May provide additional administrative support to management* Monitors and enforces compliance to the Global Sourcing and Procurement PolicyQualifications:* High School Diploma or equivalent vocational or technical education* 5+ years' relevant experience* SAP experience preferred* Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeDifferent qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements.
