Family based in Kidderminster are looking for a Part-Time Support Worker to support an adult male with Down's Syndrome. The Support Worker will assist with personal and social needs, taking the young man to appointments and activities. Must be flexible, must be car driver and own vehicle, DBS is required and must up to date. Preferably Kidderminster based. £10.42ph 8hrs per day 16hrs per week.
