Job Summary: As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be central to our operations by being an integral part of the procurement, inventory, and distribution processes. Responsibilities: Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies Collaborates and communicates with supply chain technicians, procurement representatives and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products Liaises with Finance Department on all matters related to inventory and supply chain Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments using an ERP system Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area Unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables Engages with vendors and delivery operators as necessary Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments Skills and Qualifications: 2 years inventory/supply chain experience Experience using ERP software systems Experience interacting with other professionals - engineers, tradespeople, finance etc. Experience using the Google software suit Personal Attributes: Have a growth mindset Be self-motivated Have effective organizational and time management skills Able to work independently and within a team Able to take and receive instruction Have the physical ability to perform manual labor, which may include: Climbing Bending Repetitive motions Standing for long periods Lift up to 45 lbs.
