The QTI Group in partnership with O&H Danish Bakery in Racine, WI is recruiting an experienced food industry professional to join the team as Supply Chain Manager. In this critical leadership role, you will have an opportunity to utilize your previous experience in a food production facility to bring processes, procedures, and recommendations for inventory management programs and tools to a growing organization that is embracing technology and innovation for future success. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Team Leadership and Development Supplier Relationship Management Supply Chain Support Process Improvement and Cross-Functional Collaboration Leadership of ERP Implementation within assigned Operational Areas Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, Business Administration, or related field, MBA preferred At least 8 years of experience proven experience in supply chain management roles in the food production industry Excellent critical thinking and project management skills with the ability to solve business problems through fact-finding, business process mapping, and data analysis Working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems and their use in manufacturing environments Knowledge of supply chain, vendor management, materials, and inventory management Broad knowledge of purchasing functions concepts including supplier processes and practices Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and in an organized manner, with a strong customer service focus Solid understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends, with the ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex challenges
