Supply Chain Finance Intern

Hoffmaster is looking for an intern to support the Supply Chain Finance team for Summer 2024. This is an onsite paid internship based at our Manufacturing Plant in either Clintonville or Oshkosh. The Supply Chain Finance Intern will be focused on Establishing ink standards for our printed projects. Currently our pricing process includes a flat cost for ink usage, however ink can have a significant cost impact on materials. The intern will review the historical and current ink cost practices and then develop a methodology, recommendation, and potentially help execute the addition of specific ink costs to the BOMs. Interns may also assist with Report improvement and budget reports. Requirements: * Excellent abilities to prioritize and handle multiple projects * Ability to recognize improvement opportunities * High level of interpersonal, written, verbal communication/ influence skills, excellent presentation skills * Ability to perform with minimal supervision and direction * Ability to deliver effective presentations * Organizational and problem-solving skills * Ability to work well on a team * Proven skill in projecting confidence, working collaboratively and engendering trust * Working towards Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain or related degree. Jr. or Sr. preferred * Occasional travel to other Wisconsin sites may be required Hoffmaster's internship program is designed to provide students practical, hands-on experience in a professional environment, bridging the gap between the knowledge gained in school and it's real-world application in actual work settings.
