THE POSITION Coordinates product supply and order fulfillment processes for Supply Chain functions at NNCI and completes all inventory accounting. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Product Supply 30% Liaises with Product supply for both system- generated and manually ordered items (including samples, new items and low volume items) as per forecast by working closely with counterparts in Global Product Supply to avoid backorders and minimize inventory write-off’s Works collaboratively with Quality, Regulatory, Labeling, Marketing and other departments on issues and initiatives including backorders and other quality issues to minimize the supply impact and continue to meet corporate goals Product and Samples Distribution 40% Works closely with third party providers in delivering distribution type services, to enhance processes and resolve issues, including distributor, customs brokers, freight forwarders and other logistics suppliers. Ensure service levels are maintained and operations are accurately reflected in procedures/any client manuals Works closely with Samples Coordinator and 3PL to trouble shoot sample order delivery issues Coordinates and operates the direct to consumer sample order process in line with Marketing Strategy, including customer master set-up and updates and managing interactions between 3PL and customers Effective Processes 30% Updates SAP (including master data) to ensure product replenishment, and so data from the third party interfaces into SAP, working to rectify issues quickly so sales and inventory levels balance Investigate and implement process improvements and root cause analysis as necessary in line with Novo Nordisk WAY through analysis and methodical problem solving Inventory Accounting and Reporting 10% Performs inventory accounting so the 3PL transmissions and inventory are accurately reflected in SAP and are reconciled. Completes month-end reporting accurately and on-time Publishes write-off risk and Expiry reports to internal. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
