Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future.The RoleThe Supervisor Human Resources Delivery Services for the Data Management Team is responsible for managing and enhancing Lumen's HR data management processes and practices.You will oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring the timely and accurate input of employee data into Lumen's HR system, while adhering to data governance policies and standards. You will use data, insights and voice of the customer framework to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in operational quality and efficiency.The Main Responsibilities Lead, supervise and motivate the Data Management team, providing guidance, training, support and performance feedback. Ensure the accurate and timely input of employee data, such as new hires, re-hires, and changes, into HR systems. Establish, document and enforce data standards and protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality data across all HR systems. Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct inaccuracies, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations and internal company policies regarding the handling and protection of sensitive HR data. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within data workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Develop and maintain data entry documentation and training materials as necessary. Partner with the HRIS team to ensure that all HR data systems are functioning effectively and to implement enhancements. Manage escalations ensuring prompt resolution and conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions as applicable. Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards in collaboration with HRIS, HRIT and other relevant departments. Prepare and present regular reports to leadership team on performance metrics to provide trends, insights and recommendations on areas for improvement. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.LocationThis is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.What We Look For in a Candidate Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience. Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources in a Data Entry or Shared Services environment. Proficient in HR systems, SuccessFactors a plus. Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Knowledge of HR data privacy regulations and compliance requirements related to data management activities. Demonstrated experience in utilizing data to identify and drive process improvements, automation, and innovation initiatives, and using data to measure impact and outcomes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering a positive and consistent employee experience. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment with agility and resilience. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.Location Based Pay Ranges$80,510 - $107,340 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.$84,740 - $112,980 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.$88,980 - $118,630 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.$93,210 - $124,280 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.What to Expect NextBased on your job application information you may be given the opportunity to complete a video interview immediately after applying.
