AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Supervisor, Full-time at one of our healthcare accounts in Canton, OH. Providing comprehensive food services with a focus on the highest quality and freshest ingredients, impeccable service and total value is the reputation we have earned and live up to everyday. * Lead the hands on food preparation / service teams at multiple retail food locations * Ensure excellent customer service in each retail food location * Ensure compliance with proper sanitation and safety standards * Take a hands-on operational approach; Must have the willingness and drive to be involved in the success of the day-to-day operations of the business * Comply with all AVI policies and procedures, including but not limited to, food and physical safety programs * Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. customer issues, cleanliness, safety or security concerns) * Adhere to grooming and appearance standards * Perform any other duties as specified by managementRequirements: * Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal * Foodservice supervisory experience is required * Background inclusive of franchised quick service restaurant operations, preferably in a multi-unit capacity * Successful team leadership experience * ServSafe certification is a plus * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Knowledge of POS systems a plusBenefits: AVI offers: * A family culture and atmosphere * Competitive compensation * Health, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members * 401(k) with generous company match * Paid vacations and holidays * Immense training and growth opportunitiesText AVI to 51893 to join our talent network and apply!
