Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage part-time Teachers Assistants (TAs) to support online College Credit courses Develop and implement strategies to enhance TA performance and student success outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall academic experience for students and TAs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the education field At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role Experience grading college-level coursework Demonstrated success in mentoring, tutoring, or coaching others
