We partner with churches to offer exceptional nursery care during Sunday services, ensuring that parents can focus on their worship while their little ones are in safe, caring hands. Schedule: Sunday mornings Start Date: ASAP Location: St. Paul, MN Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Nursery Caregiver to join our team for Sunday services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to create a positive and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive, loving care for children of all ages during Sunday church services. Create a safe and stimulating environment for play and learning. Engage with children through age-appropriate activities, including reading, singing, and crafts. Ensure the nursery area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s needs and any concerns that arise. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children. Qualifications: Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude. Compensation: $16-18/hour DOQ Benefits: Paid orientation and training. Bi-Weekly direct deposit paycheck.
