In order to be an authorized recruitment agency ("search firm") for Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP, there must be a formal written agreement in place and the agency must be invited, by Baker Tilly's Talent Attraction team, to submit candidates for review via our applicant tracking system.Job Description: Responsibilities * Serve on client projects and assist or manage client relationships. * Perform detailed financial modeling. * Perform energy and other market research. * Assemble and manage project development plans and budgets on behalf of clients. * Interface with client vendors (equipment suppliers, construction contractors, other third party service providers) and help evaluate and summarize proposals. * Effectively support the presentation of conclusions and recommendations using visuals and written content. * Interview clients to better understand processes and to recommend improvements. * Provide productivity enhancements through process re-engineering, internal controls review and performance measurement. * Research issues and prepare whitepapers on current industry trends and issues. * Develop articles, sales proposals and presentations for new business development and client purposes.Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required in Accounting with a Data Analytics major or minor preferred * A strong work ethic and willingness to take on a variety of roles and levels of responsibility in a dynamic and entrepreneurial setting. * Specific experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with other data manipulation software, such as Tableau, a plus. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding strategies and regulations, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties. * Ability to travel up to 25% or more for client engagements as required. * There is currently no immigration sponsorship available for this position.
