A company is looking for a Remote Student Success Consultant to provide personalized support to parents and students. Key Responsibilities: Guide parents through consultations to navigate their students' educational journey Act as the primary resource for parent-clients, addressing their concerns promptly Assess individual student needs and collaborate with parents to develop tailored strategies Required Qualifications: Passion for learning and commitment to tackling challenges Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Commitment to at least 20 hours per week Experience in a related field is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential
