PRIMARY DUTY: Plan, supervise, and assist in the maintenance and repair operations for assigned crew. This position may proficiently operate heavy equipment used in the maintenance and repair of streets and drainage system. Efficiently performs the work necessary for the effective maintenance and repair of city streets, parking lots, drainage facilities, and rights-of-way according to established quality standards and procedures. This position also trains personnel in repair and in safe and proper use of heavy equipment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. Four (4) years or more experience in maintenance and repair of city streets and drainage facilities. Three (3) years ' experience operating heavy Any combination of education, training, experience and professional skills that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
