Store Manager - Beef-a-roo Location: Royal Oak, MI About Us: Beef-a-roo is a beloved fast-casual restaurant chain rooted in the Rockford, Illinois area since 1967. We're known for our quality food, friendly service, and community involvement. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Royal Oak, location. Job Overview: We're looking for an energetic and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will embody our values of quality, friendliness, and community spirit. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Lead, train, and develop a team of 15-20 employees Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs Implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant Monitor and analyze sales data, adjusting strategies as needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Foster a positive work environment and strong team culture Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast-casual dining Proven track record of leading high-performing teams Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills Food Safety Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in related field preferred Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays We Offer: Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Health insurance benefits Paid time off Employee meal discounts Career growth opportunities within a growing company At Beef-a-roo, we pride ourselves on our quality food and friendly service.
