You will be leading your team to create a great customer experience, increase sales and maintain the operational store standards. With a best in class Point of Sales system you will have the tools to achieve the above.Duties Provide and maintain a high level of customer experience Maintain VM standards and stock management Roster management and wage control Lead, motivate and inspire to achieve store targets Coach, develop and mentor your teamSkills & Experience Passion for coaching and developing your team Strong organisational skills - Ability to multi task Creating a customer service culture Driving performance within your team As a Store Manager no late night trade is required - A better work life balance 50% discount across all our brands for you and your family!
