We are looking for a Statistical Research Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clinical researchers, data scientists, and project managers to design and perform statistical analyses that support clinical trials and research projects. Position Overview As a Statistical Research Associate, you will be responsible for applying statistical methods to analyze clinical research data, generate insights, and provide statistical support for ongoing studies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data analysis is accurate, timely, and aligned with project objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in biostatistics or related fields, experience with clinical research, and a passion for using data to improve healthcare outcomes. Responsibilities Data Analysis: Perform statistical analyses on clinical trial and research data using advanced statistical methods (e.g., survival analysis, regression, hypothesis testing). Data Interpretation: Interpret results from statistical analyses, translating findings into meaningful insights that can be applied to clinical research and decision-making. Collaboration with Research Teams: Work closely with clinical data analysts, data scientists, biostatisticians, and project managers to ensure that statistical analyses meet the study's needs Reporting: Prepare detailed statistical reports, tables, and graphs for research publications, presentations, and internal stakeholders. Compliance with Protocols: Ensure all statistical work complies with regulatory requirements, such as FDA, GCP, and other clinical research guidelines. Requirements Master’s Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Statistical Analyst or Research associate in clinical research or healthcare settings. Strong knowledge of statistical software (e.g., Python) and experience with advanced statistical techniques. Ability to apply statistical methods to complex datasets and interpret results accurately. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
