Key Responsibilities As our Staffing Coordinator, you will: Collaborate with Event Coordinators to determine staffing needs for various events. Source, recruit, and interview candidates for roles such as servers, bartenders, and support staff. Oversee the onboarding and training of new hires, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into our team. Coordinate staff schedules and assignments for events, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency. Communicate event details and provide clear instructions to staff to prepare them for success. Monitor staff performance during events, offering guidance and support when needed. Maintain accurate records of staff availability and qualifications. Develop front of house team to cultivate top performers within our team. Experience in working as a server, bartender, and working events. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!). A detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in staffing and scheduling. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and scheduling software is beneficial. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
